Groups of 16 or more are eligible for special group rates.
Tournament Services
Planning an event at Mystic Creek Golf Club will guarantee a stress-free experience that exceeds expectations. The course will provide a challenging but fun backdrop to any event and our staff is there to accommodate all your needs from dining to event direction.
We offer a variety of complete hassle-free event packages to choose from, or we will customize one to fit your specific needs. Our golf outing services can range from supplying the awards, shirts, balls and other supplies for self-managed events to total in-house outing management. Our staff will provide tournament scoring items such as scorecards, rules sheets, pairings, professional event scoring, and handicap service. We will also provide professional tournament staging with customized cart plates.
Bag Drop Service
From the moment you and your group arrive at Mystic Creek Golf Club, our bag drop staff will be there to greet each of you in front of our Clubhouse. Our staff will assist in transferring you and your guests’ golf bags from your vehicles to your assigned golf carts.
Signage
Assistance with signage includes welcome banners, hole-sponsors, corporate signage, and special event markers. Your event will conclude with an awards ceremony customized to fit your needs.
Golf Shop
Our knowledgeable golf shop staff is eager to assist your golf group in any way by offering an extensive array of merchandise, as well as items ideal for gifts and prizes. The Golf Shop can assist you in ordering merchandise with your company logo as well. Let us coordinate your contest and prizes including: Longest Drive, Shortest Drive, Beat the Pro, Beat the CEO, Chipping Contest, Closest to the Pin, and more!
Registration
During the event, a designated registration area will be set up for you including tables, chairs, and linens.
Practice Facility
You and your guests will have access to our practice facility. Before your round you may practice your game on the driving range, which has several target greens, chipping greens, practice bunkers and an expansive putting green. Additionally your group can take advantage of the state of the art instruction technology as part of your event.
Club House Facilities
Men’s and women’s locker rooms are available to all participants to change or shower before or after the event.
Food and Beverage
Beverage Cart services will be provided throughout the day to keep your guests in good cheer with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic refreshments and snacks. Your event can also include a welcoming breakfast, box lunches, and an awards celebration.
Tournament Scoring
Tournament Scoring is available for all events with the use of Golf Genius.
Additional Event Services
Announcement of events and format, on-course hosts managing pace of play, post-round services, and scoring are all available to complete your memorable event.
