Chef Sororro Gill’s menu features contemporary American cuisine and southern classics, with plenty of inspiration from her Hispanic heritage influencing flavors and menu style. Chef and her team pride themselves on their menu creations being scratch-made, seasonal and local, when possible – sourcing many ingredients from the El Dorado Farmer’s Market during the season. Weekend Gulf fish features and specialty dining nights, such as Mexican and Italian dinners, will be pillars of the Grill programming.
No grill would be complete without a full bar program featuring a variety of beer, wine and liquors. The Mystic Grill is no different with six beers on tap with domestic favorites and two taps with rotating Arkansas draughts. The wine menu boasts a great variety of recognizable varietals and wine makers, while the liquor selection is complete with the mainstays of the locals. The shining star of the bar program is the craft cocktail list which offers a modern twist on traditional cocktails, such as The Mockingbird – a twist on a gin Collins, and The Lemonade Stand – our updated lemon drop.
